February 26 2020 - Explorer Pipeline Company Extends Binding Open Season for Proposed New Movement on Explorer Pipeline System
Explorer Pipeline Company ("Explorer") announced today that it is extending its binding open season to secure shipper commitments to support the development of a proposed new transportation service on Explorer's pipeline system from its existing U.S. Gulf Coast receipt points to a new destination point in Galena Park, Texas ("Project"). The binding open season commenced on February 3, 2020 and will now conclude on April 16, 2020.
A copy of the Open Season Procedures, which provides a more detailed summary of the key terms and conditions of service for the Project, and copies of the pro forma transportation services agreements, will be available to any party with a bona fide shipping interest upon the execution of a confidentiality agreement. A form of the confidentiality agreement will be provided to any such interested parties upon request.
